Hrmmmm, so let's see. First of all, gonna let you know right off the bat that the fur looks incredible. The shading is really nice and gives it cartoony depth as cell shading normally does. Especially around the back and on the tail, I feel I can reach up and pet this little cutie ;u;

The pose is also great! I'm always happy to see people experimenting with more movement and features in their art; this kind of stuff really helps give the character more depth and look like they're animated without actually being...animated <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b…" width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="366" title=" (Big Grin)"/>

Normally neon green and red burns thine eyes with the power of a thousand suns, but it's actually broken up quite a bit with the black and grey. I always suggest dimming down neon colors (for instance; with the green, if you're looking at the color scale, slide your meter a bit more to the grey area, same with the red.) but it's only a suggestion to make it a bit more natural/visually bearable. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/x/x…" width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="93" title="XD"/>

There's not really much else I can say, really O_o The design is really clever, and looks hella fun to draw :'D The fact that you had the patience to completely draw out a complicated design like this AND shade it properly AND give it that pose, I gotta say you really earned a good rating <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b…" width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="366" title=" (Big Grin)"/> Keep up the great work!
